We stand behind Kio Calm with a 100% risk-free guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll make it right — no hassle.
How to request a refund
Email us at dom@getkio.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 2–3 business days. You do not need to return the product.
Refund eligibility
Refunds apply to your first order per customer. We reserve the right to limit refunds on repeat purchases of the same product.
Subscription orders
Each subscription order is eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of that order's ship date. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund — please contact us separately if you'd like a refund on a recent charge.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
